It was in that same year when Mamerto de la Vara Pérez, founder of the winery, carried out the most distinctive production of the house: Vermouth Corinto.
This heritage has remained unchanged to this day, following the same artisanal formula conceived by the founder 85 years ago. This tradition persists, consolidating generation after generation as a timeless expression of quality and historical legacy of the house.
