Firmly committed to food safety, our winery not only strives to maintain high quality standards, but is also IFS Progress Food certified.
IFS Progress Food is a food safety standard developed by the International Featured Standards (IFS) to assess the safety and quality of processes and products of food companies. This standard ensures that companies comply with legal and regulatory requirements as well as customer expectations in terms of food safety and quality. This certification provides a framework for continuous improvement of production processes, promoting efficient and safe practices throughout the food supply chain.
We also combine winemaking tradition with sustainable technology in our winery. In response to growing environmental awareness, our winery has taken a step forward by incorporating photovoltaic energy into the production process. With 75 KW solar panels in our facilities we have reduced dependence on non-renewable sources, further reducing carbon emissions and thus promoting a more sustainable future for the sector.
